Please note: First-time or personal orders must include payment with order. Mail orders must include check or money order and include shipping and handling costs (see below).
Orders from public, parochial or any recognized school system, either a current or first-time customer, may make payment with order. Or, if you prefer, we will ship your order with our invoice to follow. Payment terms are 30 days net upon receipt of invoice. Mail orders must include shipping and handling costs (see below).
Payment for orders from Canada and overseas foreign countries must be made in U.S. currency or include the exchange difference.
Shipment methods: All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified. Please do not use a U.S. Post Office Box number as your shipping address. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Shipping and handling costs: For orders shipped to schools in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, please add $7.50 to partially cover handling and shipping costs. Shipping and handling costs for shipments outside the U.S. will be determined and added to the invoice. Custom duties and value-added taxes, if any, will be the responsibility of the school.
Delivery time: Orders usually can be filled within 24 hours after we receive the order. Allow 4-to-8 days for delivery.
Return policy - Our Guarantee to You: Please open and inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with everything you received, we will gladly replace the item(s) or refund your money whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges on the original order are not refundable. Your replacement order will be shipped to you without handling or shipping charges.
